The XTK Grid Aim System is not compatible with the T2 Titanium PANs. The T2 has a Rifle Extension (as well as Barrel thread protectors) which are greater in diameter then the Grid Aim System Weapons Block. The weapons block serves as a zero friction PAN mount for the utmost in accuracy. The PAN will shoot out the back of the Weapons Block - however, if the Rifle Extension (and Barrel Thread Protectors) is bigger then the Weapons Block diameter, it could potentially damage the Weapons Block as it is fired and attempts to exit the block. 

This situation can be corrected by using a Bogen Manfrotto 035 Super Clamp that has been modified to be used with PAN and Small Caliber Neutralizers. The Super Clamp just acts as a static holder for the PAN and T2. The tripod will fall over backwards (this is what we use in the Precision Aim classes) and can be used repeatedly as long as the tripod is positioned correctly.
