Ricky Bowman, President

Ricky Bowman is a 22 year veteran of the United States Army, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division through conflicts in Grenada, and as a Jump Master for Fort Bennings Static Line Jump School. He retired out of an MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket Systems) unit in Bamberg, Germany, and currently serves as the President of WMDTech, as well as the Financial Manager.


Evangelina Bowman, Administrative Manager

Worked in the Industrial Sector working on electronic components for the B-52 Bombers. She is the mother of the three Brown brothers, and keeps everyone playing nice, as well as serving as the Administrative Manger for WMDTech.

Robert (Bobby) Brown, Vice President, Research and Development

Mr. Brown is one of the primary Technical Specialists within WMDTech, specializing in advanced bomb squad Render Safe Techniques specifically items dealing with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive components. Training and experience as an electronics technician for General Electric, U.S Army with a WMD EOD response organization for the National Capitol region of Washington DC, Department of State Weapons of Mass Destructions Countermeasures division and countless hours with National Labs and numerous other schools has given him the ability to develop and provide advanced training for bomb squad and security personnel around the world.

Christopher Brown, Vice President, Marketing

Chris Brown has 15 years experience in the Navy. He is an Instructor with WMDTech, as well as a Technical Representative and Project Manager for acquisitions. In the Navy, Chris was accepted into the Naval Special Operations program, and became Officer In Charge of EOD Detachments in the South Pacific, and ended his career serving as the OIC of Detachment China Lake, CA – a major hub for weapons testing and development, munition exploitation, with a major role in IED countermeasures RDT&E with, among other things, the construction of a major Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) facility. The knowledge gained through over 100,000 lbs Net Explosive Weight (NEW) of demolition operations gives him great insight as an instructor. He started his career enlisted, and ended his career as a Naval Lieutenant (03).

Timothy Brown, Vice President, Manufacturing

A US Navy veteran who worked on USMC Helicopters as an Avionics Technician. He currently puts his electronics, and contruction and repair knowledge to good use as the head of Manufacturing for WMDTech. He produces all the NeX-Ray MMX Image plates, as well as the XTK Grid Aim System, and serves as quality control for the many products we have produced here in Boise, Idaho.

Andy Fayal, Creator of the "EOD Integrated Assault" Course of Instruction

Former Navy EOD Technician (Special Ops) who did multiple deployments in support of SEAL TEAM THREE and FIVE during deployments to Iraq. He performed duties in support of Personnel Security Detachments for high ranking Iraqi government personnel, and was a member of the “stack” during DA (Direct Assault) upon structures containing HVT (High Value Targets). Their work built upon the integration of EOD units into essential assault elements. Andy was a key speaker on the Integration Process to the 2012 ITOTA Convention in South Korea, and will be included in a chapter of Macrus Lutrell’s (NY Times Best Selling Author of "Lone Survivor") new book, entitled "Service: A Navy SEAL at War", about their deployment in Ramadi. He has designed and developed a course specifically built upon his knowledge and experience, and how they apply to the CONUS Area of Responsibility for LEO, Federal, and other Emergency Responders, as well for the Military for overseas deployments.
